What is EFT? The Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple, accessible self-help method. Practiced regularly, it will help you resolve emotional distress such as anxiety and trauma [link to About]. 

It works by tapping specific points on the face and body with your fingertips in sequence while focussing on a feeling. Negative emotions can disrupt our energy systems, so stimulating these points helps restore balance. As the EFT tapping points align with acupuncture meridians, EFT therapy has been likened to psychological acupressure that’s soothing and non-invasive.
