How Many Sessions Do I Need?

This is a difficult question to answer because everybody’s process is different and everyone is at a different stage. My Mini-Breakthrough Package is a great place to start. It’s six sessions and is like having a good spring clean. Most of my clients have this package and then might have the odd top-up session when they need it.

Does it work with…?

The techniques I use are so versatile and effective they can be applied to whatever you’re going through in your life.

I specialise in anxiety issues - social anxiety, health anxiety, fear of the future, etc. But I also work with relationships, anger management, stress, sleep, physical pain, phobias - you name it, I can help you. 

I also teach you the techniques and provide coaching so that you can keep improving your life. 


What does a session involve? 

Whether we work in person, or online, you will feel the amazing benefits of the work. Usually in a session, you will be sitting comfortably and we will talk through your issues. We will then focus on the core issue and I will ask you to close your eyes. 

I will then take you through the appropriate process to clear the issue. 

This might be EMDR, NLP, Timeline Therapy, EFT or hypnotherapy, or a combination. 

Often a session finishes with a ‘future-self’ picture to cement the work and keep you focussed on what you want to create. We will also identify action steps that will ensure your progress.

Is it still effective online?

Some people prefer to work face to face but the vast majority of my work is held online with clients from all over the world. Every client experiences a shift, no matter where they are. Being in different places has no diminishing effect on the work.

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It’s a vast topic but essentially it is a way of changing your thoughts and behaviour to help you achieve the outcomes you desire. 

Using processing, visualisation and tweaks in your language, huge shifts can occur in your life. 


What is EFT?

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique aka ‘tapping’ - is a brilliant, easy and incredibly effective modality. Once you’ve learnt the process you can apply it to anything. It’s been described as ‘acupuncture without the needles.’ 

You tap on specific points on the head and hands to move energy and emotion through the body.
